Scandinavian Sustainable Building System LLC provides a variety of home building products and services from Design & Engineering, Delivery of Home Packages, and complete turn key Custom Homes.

At Scandinavian we are very environmentally conscious, our designs and products produce very "Green" energy efficient homes in a variety of building styles. Custom Scandinavian is privileged to have been selected to the United States Green Building Council's Pilot Program in Washington DC.  Our "Green Building" style of home is not only environmentally friendly and very energy efficient, they are extremely solid, coining our phrase of "Build it Once, Live Forever."

Our primary focus at Scandinavian has been designing and building homes in the 6,000 to 20,000 square foot range for clients with the highest expectations and most discriminating tastes. Founded outside of Denver Colorado in 2001, Custom Scandinavian LLC  moved its corporate headquarters to Park City, Utah in 2003.  The transition has proven to be very successful, averaging around seven custom home builds a year in a variety of high end communities throughout the Park City area.  This experience has provided  Scandinavian with an in depth knowledge of local design guidelines from the various communities, demonstrating to be a valuable asset to our clients, saving them time and money in both the design and building process.  Our staff, ensures high end customer service, along with quality and cost control at a level that very few builders can offer.  Scandinavian's staff of professionals specialize in all different aspects of the building process, therefore keeping the majority of the build "in house" and eliminating the dependency of sub-contractors on many phases.

In 2008 we returned to Colorado designing and building homes in the Vail Valley. As our interest in our quality homes continues to grow throughout Colorado we are currently establishing a local office to serve this market.
